Bank transfers are accepted, as well as cash payments made directly to our cleaning crew prior to the commencement of the cleaning session.
Once a cleaning service has been successfully booked, we do not require a deposit. A day before the session, card payments are requested.
Only if the service is canceled less than 48 hours before the planned time or if the customer fails to provide access to our team as previously agreed upon will we charge a cancellation fee. Our terms and conditions page details the cancellation cost. A fee of 50 GBP will be charged.
In London, we have cleaning crews who cover all districts and postcodes. We can usually supply cleaners in London on the same day, especially if you phone first thing in the morning. We encourage making a reservation in advance so that you can choose from a variety of appointment dates and hours.
Our cleaners are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, and can work around your schedule. On weekdays, we typically begin at 8:00 a.m., with the last appointments starting between 5:00 and 6:00 p.m. We have a 9 a.m. weekend start time and work Saturdays and Sundays for no extra charge. It is highly advised that you make a reservation in advance to ensure that you obtain the time and day that is most convenient for you.
All taxes and services are included in our quoted pricing. Congestion and ULEZ (if the site address is in the London congestion charge region or the Ultra Low Emissions Zone) or parking fees are the only additional costs that may apply. You will not be charged anything more if you can provide a free parking space for the cleaners.
